Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, all fresh floral orders are shipped in insulated packaging with food-grade gel packs via overnight or two-day express shipping to maintain optimal temperature and crispness.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
